A rule that keeps finding the same problem will not keep emailing you.
Cooldowns
After a rule fires, it enters a cooldown for that finding - it won't re-alert about the same standing issue until the cooldown ends. Fast-moving money rules use short cooldowns (12-24 hours for runaway spend and account-dark, so a continuingemergency does resurface); slower structural rules use long ones (7 days for disapprovals, access changes and hygiene findings, because you already know).
Roll-ups
Some rules group many findings into a single entry rather than one alert per item. Keyword can't win is the clearest case - instead of 200 alerts for 200 struggling keywords, you get one grouped figure per campaign, and it only surfaces once at least 10 keywords are affected.
Example. An account goes dark at 9am and you're emailed at 9:05. It's still dark at 3pm - no new email, you already know. If it's still dark tomorrow, the 12-hour cooldown has passed and Clicc nudges you again.
