Critical setting change

Emails you within minutes when someone makes a high-impact edit - a big budget change, a shift in a bidding target, a paused campaign, or a switch of bidding strategy. It's your early warning for both honest mistakes and unauthorised changes, and it reads Google's change history so the alert names who made the change and when.

Defaults & settings

• Budget change % - how large a budget move (as a fraction) triggers an alert. Default ±30%, adjustable 10-100%.

• tCPA/tROAS change % - same idea for a target shift. Default ±25%, adjustable 10-100%.

• Bid strategy switch - flag when the bidding strategy type changes (e.g. Maximise Conversions → Target CPA). Onby default.

• Campaign status change - flag pauses and removals. On by default.

• Checks every 5 minutes; 1-hour cooldown per finding.

Example. A client's in-house marketer doubles a campaign budget at 4pm on a Friday. Within five minutes you have an email naming the campaign, the old and new budget, and the user who changed it - before the weekend spend runs away.

Good to know. Materiality is the point of the two percentage sliders - small routine tweaks are ignored, so an alert always means a move that matters.
