Insights is the results side of the system. While Rule Studio decides what to watch for, Insights shows you what was found- charts up top, and below them the account view: a summary table with one row per client and columns counting each alert type, so you can see at a glance which clients need attention. Switching to the List tab shows every individual alert as its own row.
Alert Type (the donut) - your total alerts broken down by kind, so you can see whether you're mostly dealing with disapprovals, weak assets, and so on.
Alerts by Account - which clients are generating the most alerts.
Alert Trends Over Time - whether your alert volume is rising or falling.
Alert - the rule that fired.
Account - the client it relates to.
Resource - the specific thing involved: the exact keyword, ad, or in a conflict, the two terms clashing.
Severity - how serious it is.
Acknowledgement - whether it's been dealt with.
Created at - when it fired.
Triggered alerts also appear per-account on each client's dashboard, grouped by alert type with a count, filterable by severity, expandable to the individual triggers (resource, trigger value vs threshold, when it fired), and acknowledgeable in place. View All opens the full filterable history. Insights is the cross-account view; the Client Dashboard is the single-client one.
