Make your changes - toggles, sliders, switches - then hit Save changes. Settings take effect on the rule's next check.
Your settings apply agency-wide - a threshold change covers every client account you manage, and there's no per-account override. That works because the adaptive rules compare each account to its own normal, so one setting behaves fairly across very different accounts: an "above the normal ceiling" alert means above each account's own ceiling, not one shared figure. Your saved settings override Clicc's defaults for your agency only.
