Notification recipients

Each Interrupt rule lets you choose who receives its emails, so security alerts can go to leadership while performance alerts go to the account team.

Recipient types

• Teams - all users in the selected teams receive email notifications. Pick one or more teams per rule.

• Specific users - name individual recipients instead.

If no team is selected, notifications default to the Administrator team, so a critical alert can never go nowhere.

How to set recipients:

1. Open the rule's Adjust panel and click Edit notification recipients.

2. Choose Teams or Specific users.

3. Select the recipients and save.

Good to know. Recipients are per-rule, so the access/security rules can page a different group than the disapproval rules - match the audience to who can actually act.
