Budget reconciliation

Move budget from losers to winners - as one reviewed plan.

Often the right move isn't "spend more" - it's "spend the same, better." The Reconciliation panel builds that plan for you.

How it works

  • Source campaigns - underperformers whose budget should be cut.

  • Receiver campaigns - scaling campaigns that should receive the freed budget.

  • Proportional cuts - the plan spreads cuts across sources, and no source is ever cut by more than 30% of its daily budget in one plan, so even a struggling campaign keeps enough budget to recover.

The whole plan applies with one click - every move lands together, and every move is individually recorded and revertible.

Example. Two campaigns bleed at 2.5× target CPA while a third loses 22% of its impressions to budget at $10 under target. Reconciliation cuts the two bleeders (capped at 30% each) and routes the freed budget to the winner - net new spend: zero.

Good to know. Reconciliation is the answer to the commonest client constraint - "same budget, better results" - and it produces the before/after story that makes the client call easy.
