Clicc accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication (MFA), so signing in takes more than just a password - a second factor is required to get in.

How to enable it:

Open your Clicc account security settings.
Turn on multi-factor authentication.
Follow the prompts to register your second factor.

Good to know. Turning MFA on for every user is the single biggest thing you can do to keep client ad accounts safe from unauthorised access.
