Reading the dashboard

Every account's state at a glance - pacing, CPA, verdicts, lifecycle mix.

The Budget Intelligence dashboard lists every connected account with its latest analysis.

The columns

  • Account - the Google Ads account name and ID.

  • Last Run - when the analysis last ran.

  • Budget Pacing - current spend versus budget, as a percentage.

  • Account CPA - the blended average CPA across all campaigns.

  • Recommendations - pending recommendations, broken down by verdict as colour-coded chips.

  • Lifecycle Distribution - how many campaigns sit in each lifecycle stage.

  • Quick Actions - open the detailed run, or configure the account's rules.

The tabs

  • Dashboard - the overview table above.

  • Recent Changes - the history of applied changes.

  • Autopilot - configuration for automatic application of recommendations.

How to work it:

  1. Scan the verdict chips - red (Review/Pause) first, green (Scale) second.

  2. Click an account row to open its full run.

  3. Work the campaign decisions table from most urgent verdict down.

Good to know. The lifecycle distribution is the fastest health read - an account that's mostly green with a couple of ambers is maturing normally; a red-heavy account needs a session.
