Two account-wide controls keep automation calm regardless of how many campaigns want attention.
No more than 10 changes per day can be applied across an entire account. Even an account with thirty pending recommendations changes at a measured pace - runaway bulk-application is structurally impossible.
Each account has its own cadence (default every 7 days) controlling how often it's re-analysed. The background scheduler checks continuously and runs each account when due. The 7-day default matches the shortest cooldown window - so by the time a fresh analysis lands, the smallest changes from last time have had their stabilisation period.
