Review is where recommendations become changes. Everything is grouped into queues so you always know what to do next.
Positives (terms to add), Negatives (terms to block), Needs Review (ambiguous terms for you to judge), Recommended Ad Group Moves (terms that fit elsewhere better), plus Pending, Monitor, and the already-exists statuses.
Each row carries the term, its match type, clicks, impressions, cost, conversions, relevance, and a plain-English reason. Before you apply anything, glance at: the term itself, its conversions and CPA/ROAS, its relevance, and its brand/location status.
From the Dashboard, expand the account and click Review on a campaign.
Start with Negatives - usually the fastest savings and the lowest risk.
Move to Positives, then Needs Review.
Check Ad Group Moves last, since they change structure.
Select rows and apply in bulk for the clear ones; open ambiguous ones individually first.
