From the dashboard, expand the account and open Review on a campaign. Recommendations are grouped into queues so you always know what to do next: Positives, Negatives, Needs Review, Ad group moves, plus Pending, Monitor and "already exists".
Each row carries the term, match type, clicks, impressions, CPA, conversions, relevance, and a reason — so every recommendation explains itself. Before applying, check the term, its campaign and ad-group context, the match type, performance, relevance, and brand or location status.
