A positive recommendation is a search term worth adding as a keyword, so you can bid on it directly and write tighter ads. A term qualifies when it has enough proven conversions, high enough relevance, and acceptable efficiency:
Conversions — at least 2.
Relevance — at least 70%.
CPA campaigns — cost per sale at or below 1.2× target.
ROAS campaigns — return at or above 0.91× target ROAS.
It's added into the ad group where it's already converting, unless you route it elsewhere. Pick the match type before adding, then Add — or Skip if it's too broad or needs more data.
