Not every term needs an action right now. These statuses tell you why a term is showing without a recommendation.
Pending: not enough signal yet: too little data, too few clicks, too little spend. It stays visible but isn't forced into a decision. You can dismiss these to keep your queue clean.
Monitor: worth watching as more spend and conversions build up. A "check back later", not an action.
Exists as Keyword: already targeted as a keyword, so there's no new positive to add (you might still review its performance separately).
Exists as Negative: already blocked in the campaign or an attached list, so there's no new negative to add.
