Your recent search-term data — 90 days is standard. For every term it has impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, the match type, and the exact keyword that triggered it.
It reads your existing keywords, negatives and attached shared negative lists first, so it never suggests adding something you already have or blocking something you're bidding on. Those appear as the Exists as Keyword and Exists as Negative statuses; see Pending, Monitor & "already exists".
