The Review step

What to check, in what order, before setting a budget.

Review shows the complete generated campaign, and everything is editable - add or remove keywords, rewrite copy, restructure ad groups.

What's on the screen

  • Ad groups - each with its advertising angle and the searcher intent it targets.

  • Keywords - per ad group, with match types and quality scores.

  • Ad copy - up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad group.

  • Negative keywords - campaign-level, organised by category.

  • Assets - sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets.

A review order that works

  1. Skim the ad group list first - do the angles cover what this campaign should sell? Remove any group that targets traffic the client doesn't want.

  2. Open each group's keywords - you know the business; cut anything that reads wrong, add proven terms the AI couldn't know about.

  3. Read the copy as a customer - is every claim true? Are prices, offers and locations right?

  4. Scan negatives and assets last.

Good to know. Factual accuracy is your job at this step - the AI writes from your page and brief, so if the page says an outdated price, the copy might too. It's much cheaper to catch here than in a live ad.
