Launch is the final step: the complete structure - campaign settings, ad groups, keywords, ads, negatives, assets - is pushed straight into Google Ads.
The build is validated against Google Ads' rules.
The campaign is created in the account you selected - paused by default, so nothing spends until you say so (you can choose to launch enabled instead).
You get a confirmation with the Google Ads campaign ID.
When you're ready, activate the campaign in Clicc - that's the moment spend actually starts. Launching paused and activating deliberately is the recommended flow: it gives you a final chance to glance over everything in place before the first impression.
