Recent Changes records every change that's been applied, grouped by account, then campaign, then ad group. It's both your safety net and your proof of work.
Each entry shows what happened, where, and when - for example "Added negative 'free' (exact, campaign level)" or "Moved 'commercial roof repair' to 'Commercial Roofing' (was 'Residential Roofing')" - along with whether it's still active or has been undone, and whether it was applied by a person or automatically.
Every supported change has an Undo control, so a mistake always has a clear path back.
How to review and undo:
Open the Recent Changes tab.
Filter to the account or campaign you want.
Scan the entries; click Undo on anything that shouldn't have applied.
